October 8th 2005 : Development suspended! - posted by Josh
Much to at least 5 people's dismay, development of b^2 has been suspended indefinately. There is a slim chance that
some day in the future, I will start fresh and build a new forum, possibly under the same name.

Many things factored into the decision to stop
working on b^2. One being that I didn't have enough time to devote to the project as I would have liked. In addition, I took off a month or
so from development of b^2, and upon re-entry to the project, I found myself very unsatisfied with the code.

That's the problem with development, you are always getting better, and older projects can be very upsetting, especially when you have already invested a large chunk of time, and then decide you want to start from scratch again. So that's it, I'd like to thank everyone who use[d] b^2, helped test it, and write mods for it (you know who you are). The code has been released under the GNU General Public License to allow a bit more freedom. In the meantime, feel free to check out http://www.cleancode.org/projects for any future projects from myself, and Clean Code.
